Killing me softly or just killing me! Lol

So yesterday about defeated me, it was a long busy day. But at least I'm alive to tell about it ha! So I worked 6-2 which I had to wake up at 4am to get ready and drive to work, then after work we went to home depot again. We got some flowers and a rose bush.. They planted some kind of bush that looked like it was dying so I pulled them up there was three of them... For my first flower bed experience I think I did rather well..

My rose, I want to plant some kind of smaller flowers around it.

-geraniums and dianthus (sp)

Geraniums

While I was planting these Justin and Jayden was throwing out grass seed which the birds just thought they were feeding them lol... So much for a productive day at the Ramler's Casa!!!

Furniture is always fun!!!!

So Friday after I spread the hay out in the yard and did a few other things around the house Justin, Jayden and I went furniture shopping... Shopping with an almost two year old is such a fun experience, if you haven't done it I suggest you do it! By the time you get done you will want to either pull your hair out or jump off a bridge. Lol... Anyways so we went out looking for furniture and I already knew what I was getting when I went into the store cause I had window shopped online for about a week looking at all the different choices in our price range. So we went back to the selection I had made online and looked at it discussing if we wanted just the couch and chair or couch and love seat. Okay so my dilemma was that the only floor register in our living room is by the window, as shown in the picture below!

So in order to have a couch and a love seat we would have to, A) cover the vent up or B) have the love seat about two - four inches away from the register so air could flow.. Both of the options seemed a little silly and would also either make our living room hot during summer or cold during winter, so the love seat was not an option at this point. So we decided to get a chair and a couch. Now the couch that I had shopped online and was determined to buy Justin liked the couch but not the blue colored chair that was in the set, so we just decided to look around while are child went a little crazy in the store. That is when I stumbled upon the greatest couch and chair set I have ever seen...

This is the couch, we had to choose from this color, that blue color and a red. We choose of course this buttercream color. I love how big and comfy it is, and for the price you can't beat it.
And this chair

Which must I add this is an oversized chair and it is awesome!!!! This chair is a little smaller than a love seat but it will fit perfectly in our living room... It comes with all six pillows two for the chair and four for the couch. And we got it sprayed with stain guard and with delivery it all came out right under $1,000. Which is perfect for the budget I put us on. Now I just can't wait till Thursday when it is delivered... Our old sectional couch went upstairs in the loft. (I need to find someone with a sewing machine so that I can make some kind of cover for it since Jayden ruined it when she was a baby.. Next project is going to be getting rest of my blinds up and doing some flower planting... :)

4 hours for Cable!!

So we got our cable installed in all our rooms, it took the young man 4 hours to completely hook everything up. Of course my husband had to add in some new gadgets for the computer/Internet. He had to have Internet for the xbox, playstation and wii, which are in the living room and he had to have the Internet hooked up to the computer Which is in the office. So they hooked up our wireless converter thingy downstairs by all the gaming units and then they put some kind of wireless thing on the back of the computer. Granted this might cost us an arm and a leg but Justin had to have it lol. I have to go out this weekend and order my new furniture I'm not sure if I should just get a couch and chair or a couch and loveseat???
Our garage door opener is being installed today I'm super excited about this now we just have to get the garage cleaned out and things all put away! I can't wait till everything isn't crazy a mess. Here is a couple new pictures.

My gorgeous deck view!!!

Mickey Mouse is in the house!

So while Jayden was sleeping yesterday I put together her Mickey mouse bathroom... It still needs to be painted though but the walls are going to be red with like white Mickey mouse heads as a boarder outlined in black. But here is a picture of it.

When she woke up and I showed her it, she had a huge smile on her face and said "uh, Mommmmaa!" lol and she ran over and hugged the shower curtain. I knew she would love it :)

Mailboxes should NOT take 5 hours to install!!

So Saturday my dad came over to help put the mailbox in. It was all going great we cut the 4x4 down to 4 feet and got the mailbox ready to install, then my dad started digging the hole with a hole digger. He got about 3 inches into the ground and solid rock! He had to go home and get a rock spade or something to that nature. It took him total of five hours to install our mailbox when it should of taken one hour!! Damn rocks!!!!

Here's the finished product!!!

Awesomeness!!! Lol

So I had to go out and make a mailbox purchase! Lol... Those things are not cheap. I bought the mailbox but not the stupid 4x4 that it sits on. So my dad is going out Saturday to get a 4x4 and he is coming over to install the mailbox and the shower rods. Which like I said in my previous post they are curved and are awesome lol.

Picture of the shower rod..

And here is our awesome mailbox.

I'm rather excited to just get to Friday so we can sign papers and start moving. I'm moving stuff that I can move myself since it will just be Jayden and myself all weekend :)

This is our new house! Isn't it pretty? I love it.... So since we have a new house that has brand new everything in it that could only mean new stuff inside also! Lol.. So I've been shopping for the last two months and found some really amazing deals on stuff for all rooms in the house..
Let's start with the kitchen

This I have a feeling is going to be my favorite room in the house :) I just love it!!! So since we upgraded to the stainless steel appliances I wanted to keep with that theme when I bought stuff for the kitchen either stainless steel or black... I shop A LOT at Macy's that is probably by far my favorite store besides Target. Anyways I found an amazing deal on some stainless steel pots and pans.

Got this 12 piece set for $39.99 regular price $100.00!
I've heard that it is very difficult to cook in stainless steel so I have a back up plan if I don't like them Sam's just got in Rachel Ray's pots and pans and I will go purchase them. :)
Along with my pots and pans I also got a knife block that has stainless steel knives and a black wooded block.

Now I can throw away all my ugly dull knives! That makes me happy :) I bought this also for a great deal it was $29.99 regular price $69.99. I also failed to mention I got 10% off on top of the sale price :)
I love to bake desserts only thing is I also love to eat desserts so I try not to make them too often or not at all unless there is a family event. But I love to bake even if I'm not going to eat what I made, so I bought some stainless steel mixing bowls. The plastic ones I have now are old and I just don't care for them too much!

I love these bowls :) I got them for $10.00 regular price $20.00.

I never have ever owned a cutting board which is not a good thing, but since I have brand new pretty formica I decided that I better get a cutting board cause there will be NO cut marks in our counter tops! Cutting boards are expensive and the one thing I dreaded buying. So as I was searching through Macy's clearance at the home store I found a whole bunch of Martha Stewart thick acacia wood cutting boards regular price $35.99. I could never spend $35.99 or anywhere near that for a cutting board, I guess that's my frugal side. So I priced checked it with my 15% off that day plus the extra 30% off the clearance price it came out to $7.49. I can afford and feel comfortable paying that for a cutting board.

Ours is dark wood than this is sorta matches our cabinets almost!

On to our pretty plate set. I did not buy this at Macy's because it is $75.50 for a 16 piece set. So Justin came home from work one day telling me about the awesome new plate set they just got into work and that it was a one time buy so once they are gone they are gone. So we decided to go up there and look at them. It was the same set from Macy's except the one from Sam's is a 20 piece set not a 16 piece set and the one from Sam's was $52.99 not $75.50. I told him no I wanna hold out to see if I can find a better deal or something else that I love. So the other day Jayden and I was at Sam's Buying our curved shower rods (by the way I LOVE THEM!) and I was just looking around and seen this 20 piece set for $29.99! I had to get them!! With my cart full of crap and Jayden in the basket part I pushed her aside and shoved them in there lol... Sam's really has some awesome deals on a lot of good items.

So that's pretty much all I have bought for the kitchen as of yet. I did buy new drinking glasses but I have no picture :(

Jayden's bathroom which has cost me the most money so far because I want it to be awesome! Lol.. The theme is Mickey Mouse of course! Anyone who knows my daughter knows she loves Mickey Mouse All though I think she is really in love with Pete lol...

This is Jayden's pretty little bathroom... I'm hoping to paint the walls red with little white Mickey mouse heads as a boarded with them outlined in black. But I bought all of her Mickey mouse accessories for her bathroom at Target and spent way too damn much! Oh well I love my daughter and I think she will love her Mickey bathroom!
So here's her shower curtain.

And rest of the accessories to go with it.

Bath Rug

Soap pump (which will have yummy bath and body works soap in it.)

Toothbrush holder

Shower curtain hangers

Waste basket that I spent way too much money on lol.

And tumbler :)
I can't wait to get her bathroom put together I'm so excited :)

Our room I got a new comforter set and sheets for really cheap.

Regular price was 300.00 for the set and 89.00 for the sheets and I spent $175.00 on both :) yay lol... And I love it of course.

Well I guess I'm done ranting today about what I bought for the house :) I'm way too excited though I can't wait.... And I'm going out shopping this weekend after Justin gets his dads truck :) new couch and loveseat and new power tools lol! :)
